The Core Fusion Body Sculpt DVD is divided into five 10-minute workouts that collectively work your whole body, broken up by arms and shoulders, glutes, hips and thighs, and abs.  You do not need a very large space to complete this workout, although the following items will be helpful in getting the most out of this dvd: 2-5lb handweights, a towel or stretch band, a sturdy chair, and some clear wall space that you can lean against. The great thing about this dvd is that you can customize your exercise for the week based on your needs. You can commit as little as 10 minutes, or you can complete the entire set for a more challenging choice. The exercises featured in this dvd are based on strengthening the core and training your body for long, lean muscles. As such, the instructors incorporate a lot of Pilates-type movements into their instruction. Their cuing is good, and they provide beginner and advanced options so that you are getting a customized workout that is best for you.  Although you may watch the DVD and think that the movements are a walk in the park, looks can be deceiving. These moves are designed to work even the smallest of muscles to strengthen and tone. However, with these short, controlled segments, the variety is great, and it is helpful to know that just when you can't take it anymore, you are moving onto another exercise. I hestitate to give this more than 5 stars at the moment, as I haven't done the DVD enough to provide a concrete evaluation on its results, plus I also get my exercise through other means so I don't know how objective I'd be. But I'm happy to give this 4 stars at least for a challenging but accessible toning workout dvd that can be done with ease in the comfort of your own home.

Not the same workout in their high profile club in NYC

Well the workout is basically etched into other phases.  I found the class workout good but somewhat boring.  I only did the workout one time but did see a difference and did feel good during the workout.  Some of the exercises are bad on knees and are difficult.  It's definitely more like yoga.
