I purchased my Exerpeutic Elliptical last year to help me lose some of my excess body fat. Because the advisement stated that this Elliptical would substain its usage for weights up to 300 pounds, I thought this would be the perfect fit for me. Well, as of today, I haven't lost the weight I wanted to lose, but I do enjoy the work out this Elliptical gives. I need to build my resistance and increase the time of workout. Its tells you the distance you have walked and it gives your vitals such as your pulse while initiating your exercise. I purchased this exerciser through an account of mind and the price I paid was reasonably. I liked the style and it doesn't take up to much space in my living room.
