I found the website Exercise TV by accident one day looking for a trainer that I had seen on TV. This website has ever famous exercise trainer and some not so famous which are great too! You can watch several for free or purchase downloads a lot cheaper than buying them in the store! They also have a great deal for 10.00 a month, you can download 5 of any videos and keep them. Easy to burn onto a DVD. It is a great way to try new exercises and keep in shape. Everything from how to stay healthy being pregnant to yoga to high intensity.
