I have found the best and fastest medicine for a headache or any ache that comes along....Excedrin Quick Tabs. The box I bought has 16 quick tabs in it and I paid $5.99 (+ tax) for them at CVS. The directions say to take 2 quick tabs every 6 hours and to not take more than 8 quick tabs in 24 hours. I've never had to take more than 2 during 24 hours. They contain 500 mg of Acetaminophen and 65 mg of Caffeine.

The best thing (other than getting rid of a horrible headache or any other kind of ache) is that you don't need water. That's right... NO WATER to wash it down. They melt in your mouth!! The kind I bought has a peppermint flavor which is really kind of refreshing and leaves your breath minty fresh. They do not have a bad taste at all.

After melting 2 of the quick tabs in my mouth, my headache is gone within 5 minutes....NO JOKE....only 5 minutes. I've never had anything (not even a prescription) knock-out a headache within 5 minutes. These things are amazing!!

They are also good for toothaches, colds, fever, sinusitis, muscular aches, arthritis and premenstrual and menstrual cramps. What more could you ask for? They will relieve almost anything.

If you consume 3 or more alcoholic beverages these are not recommended because Acetaminophen may cause liver damage, but that is true with any pain/fever medicine.
