This medicine was recommended to me by my colleague and she gave me a sample of some tablets for my wife. She has a tendency for migraine attacks with almost a frequency of at least 1 per month. My wife never tries anything so easily, so she consuted her physician who said it has a caffine and might not be effective for her. But somehow I persuaded her once. After that she never looked back. It has a success rate of almost 98% for her. Normally she takes it as a last resort because it is very strong and surely may have some side effects. The only drawback is if it doesn't work you cannot repeat it until 24 hours.
So it worked for everybody whom I have recommended for migraine.
Its better to try than to suffer.
