I don’t suffer from headaches very much, but when I do, I will usually reach for one of an assortment of over the counter pain relievers to stop the pain. I usually pick Aleve or one of a few others, but another product that generally works well is Excedrin Extra Strength, an inexpensive pain reliever.

I have tried just about everything I can buy over the counter for my headaches. Excedin extra strenght is the only thing I have found that gets rid of my sinus headaches, tension aches,  or just plain bad day aches.

Excedrin Extra Stength is the ONLY medicine that I use when I get a headache.  Every few months I end up a migrane.  I had tried other brands of over-the-counter headache relief over the years.  None of them seem to help as much as Excedrin.  I love that Excedrin's pain control is consistent.  It ALWAYS helps!  It is carried in most pharmacies and grocery stores so it is easy to obtain.  I think it is a little more expensive than other generic store brands, but this product is worth the cost.  Also, it does contain caffiene.  However, I never find that I feel jittery or have trouble sleeping...

When we get a headache in our house we take Excedrin. It simply works. It also is good for body aches and minor pain from dental work and even minor surgery. A lot of people do not like to take asprin or caffine containing products but when I have a headache I want something that works. Why bother with the other products? excedrin extra strength is the best stuff i have ever used for getting ride of a headache. The only thing I have to suggest when taking this, is not to take it on an empty stomach. I have been using it for over 5 yrs and it is the only over the counter stuff that atctually works for me. Best of luck to anyone who tries it.
