Excedrin Extra Strength Back & Body Pain Reliever is actually one of the best over-the-counter pain relievers. It has a little boost of caffeine in it so it's not something to take right before going to bed. I have read other reviews that complained about the caffeine in this product and don't understand why. If you read the ingredients, and don't like to take caffeine, don't buy this OTC medicine. However, there are actually positive aspects to caffeine. The fact it can actually boost pain pills ability to relieve pain, and relieve it faster is why I take it. However, because it has about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, this medicine is not good for people that are sensitive to caffeine. I don't think it's a good medication for my back pain because it has never relieved it even minimally. It does relieve my cluster headaches and tension headaches faster and better than any other OTC medication out there. If regular OTC medication has stopped working for you, I highly recommend Excedrin Back & Body. It's the best use caffeine has been put to!

Excedrin Extra Strength Back & Body Pain Reliever is effective at helping to manage aches and pains but it is too strong of a product for my body to handle. I started taking this product after joining my local fitness center. I found that I experienced a lot of aches and pains after working out and needed to help manage the pain until my body adjusted to my new workout routine. I wanted to try this Excedrin product because it was highly recommended by a friend. While it helped relieve the pain, I found that it was very difficult for my stomach to tolerate this medication. I felt nauseous fairly soon after taking this product and my stomach began to hurt as the medication was dissolving in my stomach. I tried taking this product with food and it did not help with the nausea. It did help relieve the aches and pains. However, it was far too hard on my system to justify continuing to use it. I would not recommend this product if you have a sensitive stomach.

Excedrin migraine has been my go to pain reliever for years. I have always been impressed with how well it managed my pain without upsetting my sensitive stomach. After many years of inactivity, I finally decided to join my local gym. Well, I went at it way to hard for a rookie. My calves, shoulders, and lower back were on fire. I could barely walk up the three steps to my front door. My uncle recommended this to me. He had been taking it for his chronic back pain and had great relief. I had to search at a few drugstores before I found this, but I am so pleased that I did. Per the dosing directions, I took two tablets. Within an hour my calf muscles felt looser and my the shooting pain in my back lessened. Upon the second dose after dinner, I was actually able to walk around and move freely. The directions said to make sure to take this with a full glass of water. I would advise you to do this, as this is pretty potent medicine. Before a strenuous gym session I took two tablets to ward off further pain. Again, very effective pain relief without any stomach discomfort.

Excedrin back and body pain reliever is marketed to be used when you have back and body pain. While yes it will help get rid of some of your pain, it gets rid of it the same as any other pain reliever. I find it silly to pay to extra for a product that claims it helps certain things when really it is just a normal pain reliever. This product does contain both acetaminophen and aspirin so be wary if you are sensitive to taking medicines with two active ingredients. I have to be careful taking anything with aspirin as it makes my stomach upset. I tried this medicine for my horrible back pain and it worked to relieve some of the pain but not as well as I thought it should being a medicine that is supposed to target one area. It did wonders on the headache I had at the time though. For the price I paid I think I will just stick to other relief methods, this product was not worth it to me, especially since it made me sick to my stomach.

I have previously and in the past purchased this Excedrin Extra Strength Back and Body Pain Reliever and found that it worked pretty good. I found some positive and some negative things about this product. First of all this product does help with headaches and very minor pain. I did have lower back pain and it did not really help that. Therefore I believe it does not do all it claims to do. Another good thing is that the price is pretty reasonable and very comparable to other OTC medications. The one difference between this Excedrin Extra Strength Back and Body Pain Reliever and other over the counter pain reliever is that this one contains caffeine. I know that is a plus for some people but when I took the whole dosage it made me jittery and shaky which I did not like. Therefore I tried a half dose of just one pill and it did not happen. These are very easy to take. I would certainly recommend this product to all of my friends and family for minor pain such as headaches.

While working third shift, I came down with a serious headache. I had two hours to go so I waited until I got off work to do something about it. My head was hurting so bad that I couldn't go to sleep once I got home. I went to the store and bought Excedrin Extra Strength Back and Body Pain Reliever. It took less than fifteen minutes for me to start feeling a difference with my headache. After another fifteen minutes I started feeling relief all over. My headache finally went away and any aches that I had after that was non existent. This will definitely be the brand that I purchase here on out. After my headache went away, I was able to get some rest and wake up just fine for work the following morning. Even after I woke up, I didn't have a headache. Those two pills last all day and all night during work. I was very relieved and I am very satisfied with my decision to choose Excedrin for my headache issues.

I have always been a fan of Excedrin for headaches because it relieves headache pain but back and body? I bought this specific Excedrin Back & Body Pain Reliever and tried it out with my back pain and body pain. So I rate my body pain, elbow and wrists, occasional hip pain at around a 3, very minor dull ache. The Excedrin Back & Body did help and it relieved the minor aches I had. Now I rate my back pain at around a 7 at the worst of times and Excerdrin Back & Body didn't help much by itself. I honestly couldn't tell that I had taken a pain reliever. Now I've used this product for headaches, menstrual cramps and it works great! In all honesty there's nothing really special in this pain reliever except acetaminophen and aspirin and those are very cheap inexpensive pain relievers that I already have in my home. This was the one time and only time I've bought this specific Excedrin product and I don't feel there's anything special about it. It helps with pain, but so does the generic acetaminophen and aspirin.

I have chronic back pain for a very long time now. A few years after spinal surgery, I began having pain again and suffered spinal stenosis and herniations. I did not like the idea of pain medicine, so I began trying over the counter pain relievers. Most of the ones I tried in the past didn't work well, even when taking the maximum allowed daily dose. After those didn't work, I tried Tylenol which seemed to help a little more, yet I was still having to take up to six a day for some relief. Before switching to excedrin back and body, I tried aleve and even though it was less I had to take, it didn't provide the relief I needed. So I finally tried the excedrin back and body and I was extremely happy. Not only did it significantly help my back, but it helped headaches, muscle aches, and those all over aches from everyday wear and tear on your body. This is the one I truly believe is most helpful, especially if you have a bad back. I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend.

For every joy of motherhood, there is always a bit of a downer to combat it! Somehow during labor and then shortly after I developed a pinched nerve in the lower left side of my back. The doctor said sciatica, I only understood pain. I began taking Excedrin Extra Strength Back and Body Pain Reliever and honestly didn't know what to expect. The pills weren't very big - about the size of OTC Tylenol. It was easy on my stomach and didn't make me feel nauseated at all. I felt a bit of relief after about 40 minutes or so. After about an hour, I could not feel the pain and some of the pressure seemed to lift as well. It seemed as if I had an increased amount of relief in comparison to other OTC pain relievers I have tried thus far. What I don't like about Excedrin Back & Body is that it contains caffeine as well as 1 other active ingredient that works in concert to relieve pain. Part of me doesn't understand the point of using caffeine in a pain pill especially for back and body pain which is often an issue that arises when I am laying down. It makes it a bit harder to go to sleep so I either don't take it late in the evening or I switch my choice of medication prior to laying down for the night. I see Excedrin's potential as well as it's positive attributes, it has worked quite effectively for me during the day time. But, I wish they could take the caffeine out of it altogether.

Excedrin is mostly known for their medicines for headaches. That is the target of most of their advertisements. Excedrin makes the claim that their medicine works in 20 minutes, and in the case of headaches, their claims aren't unfounded. When I received Excedrin Back and Body, I didn't expect the same result. I have cases of debilitating menstrual cramping that keeps me in bed for the first day or two of my cycle. No amount of targeted medicines toward menstrual cramping, nor birth-control has helped these. My friend gave me Excedrin Back and Body to take. Within the advertised 20 minutes, my cramps were dulled to the point I could function. Though they still brought forth painful aches, I didn't have to stay in bed all day. I went out and bought a bottle immediately. These are the only medicines that have actually worked for me. Excedrin has gone through some issues with all the recalls in the past, but there's no other brand that I will trust more now. I highly recommend Excedrin Back and Body.
