I stayed at the Excaliber in October of 2009 for my brother's wedding. We were all on a budget and trying to save a few bucks. The hotel staff was not friendly or welcoming. When I checked into my room I noticed a broken glass panel in a light fixture. I called the front desk to advise them, the clerk was short and curt and said she would turn in a work order. When I go to the room later that night there was a message from the front desk saying maintenance found nothing wrong with the shower glass panel. Since we had a large group staying at the hotel, I went to the concierge to see if they had any recommendations of attractions or fun things to do with the bridal party. They did not, the only thing they would offer me was the Las Vegas Guide book that I was given upon check in. I was not expecting a 5 star resort as the Excaliber is a bit older, but it was dingy and not very inviting. On a positive note the Tournament of Kings show was enjoyable and fun to watch.
