i am a young boxer who is very familiar with exercise and workout routines and tools you use for them this machine does absolutly nothing my advice is save your money start doing a set of pushups and situps in the morning and night jog 2 times a week and skip rope increase each of these by a few numbers every week and you will shed weight in no time with a good diet
