I was far from impressed when my mortgage was sold to them. The customer service from this company was less than I had expected. But then again, most customer service representatives are worthless. We went from human with an attitude on occassion, to automated that makes you have an attitude before you are able to reach a human, if you ever do reach a human. Good luck to get someone that speaks english (fluently). If you are like me and have no choice which mortgage company buys your mortgage, I feel sorry for you. If you go looking for a mortgage company and you choose EverHome, hope your experience is better than mine was.

You are absolutely right this mortgage company sucks for real it is like they purposely post your payments late so they can charge you a late fee, and they are not willing to own up to there mistakes they need to be reported to the BBB.
