EverHome Mortgage Company Review

Yes everhome sucks and as for speaking fluent english its about 50 50 split between only english speaking to spanish/english. Recently they have gone on a firing spree, to avoid paying unemployment. So if we can be a little pissy at times give the CS a break, we are scripted and always hounded. We never know what is right to say. As for some of you're saying things, I do know the basics which I've studied extensively. Everything about your mortgage is outlined in your orignal loan documents, read them!! And most escrow questions are answered by RESPA  Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, go to hud.gov and click on site index/map then scroll down to RESPA, viola what mortgage companies are allowed to do with your account.  I can't say much for other departments, and their efficiantness or lack there of.  Always remember that chances are we are people too, and something may have changed.
