The XSport convenience stroller is fantastic.  It is so lightweight and compact, but yet has many of the conveniences of standard strollers.  It is great for traveling because airplane companies consider it an umbrella stroller so you can keep it until the last second and anybody with kids knows what a help that is.  It also has a great little basket on the bottom that is plenty big enough for all of your needs. The only downfall is it does not recline, but then again no umbrella stroller do.  I can't say enough about this stroller.  My daughter is 4 1/2 and absolutely loves it.  In fact her 1 year old cousin always want to sit in it.  There are no complaints about this stroller at all and for only $40, who can complain about the price.  Overall a great stroller for the price and way worth the money spent.

No this is only a 3 point harness. But it does work well as we have used it for my 14 month neice who never sits still and it keeps her in it even if she tries leaning foreward. Hope this help. Let me know if you have any more questions.
