I received an Evenflo Triumph Advance carseat to review for an online website and have been using it for the past week.Cosmetics - Cosmetically this seat is appealing to parents who want a seat that will blend in with their vehicle's interior. No fun patterns or prints like Britax, but there are… read full review »

This seat has gotten great safety reviews, and that is the most important thing.  It is expensive, but half the price of the Britax.  The big problem is that I had no idea that the cover didn't easily come off for washing.  Kids get things all over their seats.  The cover should… read full review »

My wife and I just brought home our baby daughter, Yana, and I really got a lot of compliments on our new carseat. Besides that, our daughter really seemed to find comfort in it. The removable "skin" is really soothing to feel and the adjustment knob is really a cool feature that intuitively works to snuggly and securely hold onto the baby. The only negative is the size of this item for the newborn but this is only with its initial usage. You will really appreciate this carseat in the coming years, not needing to spend another hundred dollars on another carseat. You wish all items could do… read full review »

When I heard my friends raving about this seat, I just knew that I had to get one too. I love how my son can continue to ride rear-facing until he actually hits 30lbs, which we all know is so much safer than just switching to forward facing at one year. Since this car seat has some of the highest shoulder slots on the market for convertible seats, it is estimated to last until my child is FIVE OR SIX YEARS OLD at which point he can go directly into a booster. You just can't beat that for the price. — My nine month old son absolutely loves this seat. The recline is just… read full review »

My daughter loves her carseat. We first got the Triumph DLX when she turned 1 and she loves to use her car seat. She will even crawl into it when we have it just sitting in the living room. We travel a lot and this seat has soft, cushioned fabric and can recline without having to unbuckle your child. (It does take some maneuvering, though!) — It is very easy to adjust the straps as your child grows and to tighten/loosen them after they are buckled in. — I did find it a pain to have to take out a lot of screws just so I could get the cover off to wash it. It became quite a… read full review »

I am a first time mother of twins trying to get by as best as we can.  But when it comes to a carseat, I took my time to find the right fit for our family and our car.  We have a Toyota Highlander and a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the car seats work in both of those cars.  Being that both my husband and I work and share driving responsiblity, we needed to purchase 4 car seats, so value was of the utmost importance.  Our twins were about 6 months old when they were big enough to move from the infant carrier to the convertable seats.  They were a little small when we… read full review »

We decided on this car seat after reading a lot of reviews and looking at Consumer reports, etc.  Our ultimate decision was between this one and the Britax roundabout, and we went with the Evenflo based on price.  We figured if it didn't work well, we could always get the Roundabout later. — — We don't regret our decision at all!   This car seat lives up to all its promises, and we could not ask for more. — — The best feature is the fact that it automatically adjusts, so we don't ever have to rethread the straps.  This was an amazing… read full review »

We compared carseats and read the consumer reports and this carseat was rated in the top ten. We paid about $150 for this carseat. It neither economical nor expensive. It is bulky, wide, and very difficult to take a part and clean and put back together. Overall, I do like the carseat. There's enough padding and my daughter doesn't have a hard time falling asleep. The pattern isn't pretty. It's kind of bland and boring. I would recommend this carseat if you are okay with the bulkiness. Also, there is a weight limit on this carseat (up to 50lbs) and it DOES NOT convert to a booster. So, I will… read full review »

We have twins, so we bought 2 of these seat when they outgrew their infant seats.  We are always looking for a good value; we have a lot of expenses with 2 babies.  We shopped around quite a bit and chose these seats.  They have a great safety rating; they are comfortable and a great neutral color that looks nice in either of our cars.  We were also happy with the price, not the cheapest we saw, but somewhere in the middle.  The only thing I struggle with is the straps; I find them a bit difficult to tighten.  My husband doesn't though. —… read full review »

I have 3 of these car seats. I originally only bought one but when I saw how easy it was to adjust and how much my son LOVED it I bought one for every car. The straps adjust with the turn of a knob! The only disadvantage to this seat is it is bulky, it is not very heavy though. My son trys to undo the buckles so he can crawl out but he cant as with other car seats he can very easily. I highly reccomend this car seat to every one that is looking for a car seat. It is a very safe car seat and comfy for your baby or… read full review »

This carseat is a great buy! It sits comfortably for the child and has a lot of support in the head, neck, and back area for the child. It comes with extra cushioning on the bottom and headrest. If used as an infant carseat it can rotate into 3 differtent positions to fit your child's needs. It sits up high for the child to see if used in the toddler seating position that faces forward, but is still in the "safe" zone in case of a car accident. It's a great product at a good… read full review »

We bought this carseat for my newborn and we absolutely love it. It is simple to install and easy to use when strapping in a wiggling infant. I love the 5-point safety harness that keeps my little on snug. The fact that Consumer Reports highly recommended this product makes this an even better/safer product for our little one. It is a great deal too! Keep your eyes peeled because Babies R Us often has coupons out there to get an even better price on this… read full review »

We bought this when all of our friends were buying the Britax - we just couldn't justify spending $275 on a car seat when this one was just as safe and comfortable and only half the price!  We have not regretted the decision and ended up buying three more, for other vehicles and additions to the family.  The only difficult thing can be the knob used to tighten and release the harness - sometimes it can be hard (sticks) or… read full review »

I bought this car seat for my son, but wish that I would have shopped around a bit more.  This seat doesn't allow him to sit fully upright and because of that he doesn't really like the seat.  Other than that the seat is very comfy.  I would prefer a seat that would allow him to sit upright, but since I am a first time mom I didn't know to look for something like that...will know for next… read full review »

Once I figured out how to adjust the straps, I loved this carseat.  You have to pull the straps from the bottom of the carseat as you release the lever, not from the top.  I never used the pillow that came with it, but it might come in handy for someone else.  The installation is very straightforward and easy.  The carseat looks so comfortable, like a little lounge chair. —… read full review »
