Evenflo Triumph Advance Car Seat Review Summary

Loaded with safety features parents love, our reviewers give the Evenflo Triumph Advance Car Seat high ratings. The Evenflo Triumph Advance sits high enough in the vehicle for children to look out the windows and “reclines with a simple tug of a handle” for when they want to rest. With easily adjustable harness straps, parents won’t need to worry about having a tight fit regardless of the clothing baby is wearing. Made with comfortable padding, the Evenflo Triumph Advance Car Seat, even catches the attention of certified installers according to one reviewer. One flaw of the Evenflo Triumph is that is can be difficult to clean, so be prepared to use a little elbow grease for removing the fabric cover. “Highly Recommended!” is the best way to sum up the feelings of Evenflo Triumph Advance owners. I got this for $140 at Walmart. I think it was a very good buy. It is much easier to adjust the straps than with most car seats. It is much more spacy than the infant seat I had him in before. It is just a much easier seat to install, use, adjust etc. The only flaw I've found with it so far (about a... review »

My husband has a jimmy with the flat one row seat in the back. Everyone knows what I am talking about. This car seat fits great in his car. It does not tip or anything. The seat belt makes it tight and snug. I feel safe in his car with this car seat. Now, in my 2007 Dodge Stratus, that is a whole other...

This seat is really nice. Comfy- we've taken some long trips in it and no whining. It had the best safety ratings that I could afford- a Britax is fantastic if you can afford one, but if you can't (I have a lot of priorities- we weren't going to eat Kraft Mac and Cheese for a week in order to buy Britax) but this seat was definitely a good substitute. I love that it's adjustable in so many ways, and the rearfacing limits are really high. We're nowhere close, but I believe it was 45 pounds rearfacing, and at 26 pounds at two years, we have a long way to go before being forced to turn her around.... review »

When I was looking for a carseat to replace our soon to be outgrown infant seat I researched extensively and one name kept popping up: Evenflo Triumph Advance.
I stalked some at Walmart - they were frequently sold out. I finally snagged one for about 128. which I thought was a steal.
My daughter loves it! And so do I. There's plenty of room for her (she's tall and thin) and it fits in the center backseat of my little Honda Civic, as well as the center back of our truck.
We couldn't be happier with the ease of use in getting it in and out of our cars, as well as getting our daughter in and out of...

This is not the exact seat I have. I one I have is a different color. I absolutely love it. We couldn't afford to buy the pricier$$$, popular brand (you know the one), but this one was rated higher in some safety categories anyway. It was so easy to install. I have installed it with and without the latch system. With the latch it installs in seconds, and I am completely comfident that it is installed correctly. Without the latch system does, it does take more time to install, and it is important that you careful read the instructions and have it checked by a professional. I love how easy it is... review »

The Evenflo Triumph Advance car seat is a great car seat overall.  I love that the straps are easily adjustable with just a turn of the handle on the side of the seat!  I live in a cold climate, so sometimes the straps need to be adjusted depending on the clothing (sweaters, snowsuits, big jackets), and having the easily adjustable straps are a great option.  It's great for infants that can already hold their heads up.  However, when the fall asleep, their heads tend to slump to the side, which looks very uncomfortable.  The seat is quite large and heavy which is great for the back seat of...

We purchased the Evenflo Triumph Advance as our 2nd convertable car seat since we'd recieved a Britax Roundabout as a shower gift.  The Triumph is a huge seat and at 23 months our daughter is far from reaching the rear-facing height or weight limits.  For that reason it has become our primary seat and the Roundabout has been cast off to the car she's rarely in.  That being said, because of the large base this seat will only fit in our SUV and not in our mid-size station wagon.  (Incidently, other larger Britax will fit in a smaller car because of their narrow base.)  The adjustable shoulder...

I was reviwing car seats and had my mind made up on the Britax Marathon.  I decided to sleep on it and I am so glad I did.  I came across the Evenflo Triumph Advance car seat.  After reading reviews and finding out that it scored right below the Britax with Consumer reports and it was half the price I figured I would give it a try. I am so beyond happy with this seat!  I have 4 children and have been buying car seats for the past 10 years I have never seen a seat that is so easy to install.  Having the weather we have been having for the past few weeks has made it where one day you wear...

We bought the Evenflo Triumph Advance car seat for our oldest daughter when she grew out of her infant seat.  We wanted a seat that met safety standards, provided a comfortable seat, and would be long-lasting until she moves into a booster seat.  We got it all with this car seat.  She is very petite but the straps still fit snugly against her body so I know she is secure.  I have personally seen many children squirm and fight about getting into their seat because they are uncomnfortable, but she is happy to ride for hours in this one... the only problem she had was with the extra head cushion. ...

The Evenflo Triumph is a comfortable ride for your little guy or gal!  The plush covering is a pleasing khaki color appropriate for either gender and also not so garish as to cause any adults who may also be traveling along to think they have joined the circus.  The sides of the seat surround your child offering both support and comfort.  The turn dial on the side allows you to get the tension in the belts just right!  This is a trait that is often less then desirable with other car seats since the strap you have to pull to tighten the belt is often in an inconvenient spot that doesn't...

After careful review and consideration, I decided to purchase the Evenflu Triumph Advance carseat for my daughter who was quickly outgrowing her infant seat.  The Evenflo Triumph Advance is so comfortable.  My daughter seemed to love it instantly.  It is a wonderful dark barley color.  My favorite feature about the Evenflo Triumph Advance is that it has one of the easiest ways to adjust the straps.  Just a click of a button and a turn of the knob.  You just slide the straps down to the childs shoulders.  The Evenflo Triumph Advance has three positions so you can recline the seat if you like. ...

Evenflo triumph carseat is a earsaver! This carseat is great for infants but also lets your child grow with out spending more money when they get older. It holds from 5lbs to 40 lbs, has 5 point harness for the extra snugness your child needs. Most infants by  the time they are 5 months hate being put into a regular infant seat and all's they do is cry because it doesn't allow them the freedom to see, with the Evenflo Triumph it has 3 different stages of putting the seat so the child can see but still be safe & snug in there seat. When they fall asleep with one hand you can easily lay them...

A review on Evenflo Triumph Advance Car Seat

We  got this car seat for a very very low price......it usually sells for $ 140......but it was highly discounted in walmart for only $39......It is easy to use, have a lot of space, both forward and backward facing. However it is very bulky and takes a lot of space in our mid size car Honda accord and this is the biggest problem we have with this car seat. another problem with this chair is the colour options it only comes with one style which was little boyish for our youngest girl. Also the head pillow is not easy to fit right so you need to toy...

I bought this seat for my son when he outgrew his Graco Snugride.  I just love this seat!  It is large and roomy and he is very comfortable in it.  The straps are super easy to adjust which is great if he has on a sweatshirt or something thicker.  The one complaint I do have is that the straps seem to slide down on their own so occasionally I have to raise them back up for his level and the little red tabs at the top tend to bother him if he doesn't have a collar on his shirt.  But this seat is awesome for the cost!!

It has a VERY high safety record and it is pretty easy to install so you...

I have had the Evenflo Triumph Advance for 4 years now and I love it! It has been very durable and easy to clean. You do have to take it apart to wash the pad, but i've only had to do that 2 times. IIt has a removable hip pad and back pad that you can take out. Most spills or messes never go past these 2 pads and you can just take them out and throw them in the washer. This carseat is now being used for our 2nd child. We have used it rear and forward facing and it is just as easy both ways. When we bought it 4 years ago we paid $119.00 for it and I feel that we have gotten a very good value. The...
