The Evenflo Titan is a great value because it is convertible.  Use it for your infant then turn it forward for your toddler.  The tray and cup holder are an added bonus, also having the adjustable flap underneath helps in different vehicles.  It will also attach onto newer cars that have those metal hooks down by the seat-belts.
