The Evenflo Baby Carrier would make my back hurt.

I bought the Evenflo Baby Carrier for my first child and it hurt my back so bad that I couldn't carry her in it.  I have since then gotten a different type of baby carrier and no longer have back problems when I carry my children.  And I can go for hours with them with no problems.
