Evenflo Simplicity High Chair —

I bought this seat almost two years ago when my first born son was 6 months old. At that time we did not use the removable tray so he seemed to fit well. It was not until he got a bit older, and we started to give him larger amounts of food or a plate, that we began using the tray. He then appeared to be swallowed by this highchair! We put a thick book under his bottom and that helped very little. We have since moved him to a booster seat that is much easier for him to actually see his food and enjoy his meal. My neighbor gave me an almost identical chair after her son had outgrown his. I was hopeful that we could use that chair for our newest son but it too swallows children!

There are a few pros though, to this seat. The chair is very easy to adjust and has many height adjustments. You can fold it up and store it in a closet or even take it with you when you need an extra seat at grandmas (we did this a lot). The cloth pad on top easy to remove and wash and seems to hold up decent to washings. There is a plastic pad underneath the cloth one that is very easy to wipe down also.

Overall... I would not buy this again and I would never recommend this to a friend. I will keep the one I have as it is not worth spending another $60+ on one that will be upgraded to a booster in a year anyway.
