Evenflo Expressions High Chair Review

I purchased the Evenflo Expressions High Chair from Walmart for my 2 year old son.  I needed to put him back in a high chair and wanted something that would easily fit at my dining room table that was sturdy and reasonably prices.  The high chair had very good reviews on the walmart website and was a steal for just $60.  The high chair was NOT on display at Walmart but I purchased it anyway.  It was easy to put together and well-made.  The adjustable height feature made it very easy to pull up to my dining room table.  I liked the fabric of the seat which is not fabric but not plastic for easy cleaning.  The seat cover is also maching washable which is very important for a high chair.  The tray comes with an toy that is interchangeable with other Evenflo products.  The tray is also dishwasher safe and easy to remove with one hand.

I had two complaints about this high chair.  It only has a strap that goes around the waist- no 5 point harness.  This was something I wasn't thrilled about but could have lived with.  My main complaint was that the back legs of the high chair bowed out instead of coming straight down in an A-line like most chairs.  This made the distance between the front and back legs almost 30 inches.  The high chair took up so much space that I ended up returning it.  If Walmart had put the Evenflo Expressions High Chair on display, I might not have bought it because of this.  I live in a small 2 bedroom co-op in NYC and space is tight.

I hated to return this chiar because it is a great chair for the money but only if space is NOT and issue for you.
