I can't believe it is discontinued!

5

I just cannot believe this has been discontinued! My son loves it! A friend gave it to us as a gift and my son thinks it is just the greatest thing ever. He loves that he can make noise and has things to chew on and of course, best of all, he loves to bounce! If you can still find one of these new or used I would say get it! It makes cleaning the house so much easier when you have an infant.

Life Saver

I am not into a ton of baby stuff.  I have a small house and just don't have the room for losts of things, but this thing is a must.  I loved it.  It can be hard to fold up, but who would when you use it so often.  I got this as a gift and wasn't sure about it, but now am soooooo glad that i had it.  I keep the kids upright and engaged.  I like to use it right after I feed the kids so they are less likely to get sick and spit up.  If they do get sick in the exersaucer or they have a total blow out that results in poop everywhere, it comes apart easily so you can wash it.  I take the fabric seat out and the rest usually gets bleached and hosed down outside.  This product has lasted through two children and now has been passed onto my sister in law for her children to use and enjoy.  Thanks evenflo for a great safe product that helped me out as a mother more than you can even imagine.  Highly recommend!

The best baby item!

5

I inherited one from a friend who was done having children, along with many other baby items such as a swing, bouncy chair and jumperoo, and this was the one item that never failed to keep the baby occupied.  My son started playing with it when he was around 4 months, and from the beginning it was a hit. At the beginning he would just sit there and stare at the different animals, and as he got holder, he started to grab and spin around, taking turns playing with the different toys.  It absolutely captivated.  My son is a rather high need child, and always wanted to be held, which made household chores such as dinner preparation rather difficult.  But I discovered that if I left him in the exersaucer, he would actually "sit" there and keep himself occupied for up to 30 minutes at a time, which anyone with an infant knows, is pretty amazing!  We used this all the time until my son started to crawl, after which he lost interest, but it was a great ride while it lasted!

This Evenflo Exersaucer is great

5

We bought the Evenflo Exersaucer Mega Active Learning Center - Circus for our son when he was 6 months old. He loved playing with it! We could put him in it anytime we needed to do something and couldn't hold him. It entertained him the entire time! There were lots of different toys for him to play with that kept him busy and he was always happy. The toys come off very easily to clean or replace/move around. This exersaucer is extremely easy to fold up for storage. We don't have a lot of storage space at our house, so it was nice that it folded up fairly flat when we no longer needed to use it. We've used this exersaucer with two of our children and it has held up well. The only issue we have come across is that the little spinning toy runs out of batteries very quickly and it's not that easy to replace. You can replace it, but it's not all that easy to do, so right now it does not make any noise on ours. This is a great exersaucer and will be used for future children as well.

Not entertaining, broke easily, hard to put down!

I didn't want to give the Evenflo Exersaucer Mega Active Learnng Center-Circus a negative review, because I was so excited when I finally got one for my second daughter. I thought this would be great, and that my daughter would love it. I was excited that it folded down. Here is the thing- it is impossible to fold down by yourself. It will take at least two people. It hurt my fingers trying to push the little tabs that would allow the legs to fold down, and by the time you get one down, the others you have previousy got down pop back up. It was a pain in the neck. Also, you have to push it so hard, so I pushed too hard, and one of the springs popped out. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get t back in. When I finally got my daughter in it, she didn't like it. (it worked fine without the spring, but now I can't fold it down) The toys weren't very interesting to her, but my 3 year old liked pressing the toys. I thought an exersuacer was a must-have, but I don't think it is necessary at all.

Fun toy but something is sharp

We bought this for our older daughter, who is now 2.  Both of our children and one baby sat child have used it and really love it.  The toys don't look impressive, but at this age, they mostly like things to put in their mouth and this toy delivers that.  I like that the height is adjustable and that it doesn't go anywhere (unlike the traditional walkers).  Its not difficult to clean, just take the seat out and wipe down.  However, it is difficult to fold up and unfold, making it really difficult to move from one place to another.   Also, for some reason, when my daughter was using it, but not the other children, the toy would sometimes cut her legs while we were lifting her out.  We might have filed it down or something for the subsequent children.  Otherwise you have to be very careful to lift the baby STRAIGHT UP to get them out.  The music is a little annoying but not more so than most other children's toys.  You can turn it off (YAY) or just remove the toy altogether.

I can't imagine not having an Exersaucer for Baby

5

We are using our Evenflo Exersaucer with our 3rd child now.  It seems like for each stage during Baby's first year it is really nice to have certain equipment.  When they are first born bouncy seats and baby swings are a must have.  Then Baby starts to want to move around a little more and see the world.  At this point the swing and bouncy seats don't keep baby happy for long.  This Exersaucer is really nice to plop baby in when you need to take a shower or do something that you want to make sure baby is safe while you leave them for a few minutes.  I drag this right into the bathroom with me and peek out the shower curtain every minute or so, so my little one can see me.  I don't think it is good for babies to spend a lot of time in these.  Babies need lots of tummy time to develop their muscles properly.   The toys on this Exersaucer are great.  It's nice that they come off, so baby can play with them when they are out of the Exersaucer also.  Seat is removable and can be thrown in the washing machine.

Baby loved it!

4

A friend of ours gave my baby her exersaucer when she was about four months old. It was too big for her at first, so we used a baby blanket to support her in the seat. Still, she loved it from the beginning. She would play with all of the circus toys. She especially loves the little "book". The spinning seat easily detaches and is machine washable, a big plus considering how babies can mess them up so quickly. The only down about cleaning is that the top has crevices around the toys and under the seat edge that collect crumbs, dirt, and drool. The excersaucer is very portable and easy to move from room to room and even use outside. I also liked giving baby snacks in the little removable, dishwasher safe tray. The revolving circus toy is cute, but the music is a bit annoying. Also, it quick working within a short amount of time, and the batteries are not easily replaceable. Another negative is that the fold up feature for easy storage is SO complicated. We couldn't even figure out how to do it for months. In fact, we couldn't figure it out until our baby was getting to big for the exersaucer, and it takes two of us fold it up. This makes it safe, but sure is frustrating! All in all, I would recommend it. It's a nice product. Baby loved it, and mom loved it!

My 6-month old LOVES this!

5

I am the first-time Momma of a six month old little son. We borrowed this Exer-saucer from my sister. Our little one loves playing it! I love that he can spin in it ad explore each of the toys that are available! The Evenflo Exer-saucer is bright and cheerful. It's lightweight and doesn't take up lots of space. The legs collapse (fold under) making it easier to store and transport. The "saucer" is a plastic disk and makes it great for baby to use indoors or out. The legs are also adjustable to three different heights making it great for baby as he or she grows! I love that the toys snap in and out easily. They can be run through the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I also love that additional toys can be purchased and interchanged for the Evenflo Exersaucer to keep it interesting for baby! There are chewable toys, musical ones, ones that rattle and spin....The Evenflo Exer-saucer even has a spot for a snack - and it pops out for easy washing! Great product!

Love It!

4

My baby boy loves this playing in this exersaucer. He loves everything about. It entertains him everytime he's in it. It has so much for him to do and I love that it spins so that he can access everything while he's in it. It has 3 different height settings that work great and are easy to adjust. I also like that it bounces a little. It is way better than a lot of the stationary ones I have seen. He loves the freedom of bouncing and spinning in it. The toys are nice he can spin the rattle or pull on the elephants or just bounce up and down. The only flaw I have found is that it doesn't flatten up for storage. I would think that since it has 3 different height settings that they could make one so that it would lower all the way down. This would make it a lot easier to store. It's still big, but flattening down would help a lot. Other than that I think it's a great toy and these colors are very gender neutral. I have a son, but will definitely keep it if I have a daughter.
