Good price, but not worth it.

Pros

    adjustable crotch strap, easy to install base, nice looking carseat, easy to carry, easy to put in car, easy to remove and clean cover

Cons
    not durable, seat cover tore apart in washer, canopy wouldn't stay up, can't handle cold weather

It looks nice, and was easy to assemble. I liked the Z handle because having to carry twins around, it made it easier to carry them both out to the car at the same time. I liked the base, since it stayed in the car, i didn't have to put one baby down on the ground while i buckled the other one in. BUT the canopy wouldn't stay up, and I'd have to hold it with my fingers while trying to still hold the car-seat with the same hand. One of the carseats cracked completely up the side on a really cold day, and when i tried to return it, i was told that i couldn't, that i would have to contact the manufacturer. When i contacted the Manufacturer, i got put on hold for 30 minutes and when i finally got someone one the line, they claimed that they could not hear me and hung up on me. I tried calling back and not only got put on hold again, but when someone came on the line, i asked if i could speak with someone in charge, they said that they would transfer me, and hung up on me again. I e-mailed the website several times and even now, months later, i still have not gotten a reply. The other car-seat is still in one piece, but the back of the seat cover starting tearing apart the first time that i washed it. I know that it is not my washing machine, I've washed "dry-clean only" items in it plenty of times and have not had a problem with anything prior or since that time. I didn't even bother donating the car-seat to charity when i was done with it (the one still in one piece), b/c I didn't want anyone else to have to go through the same crap.
