Evenflo Big Kid — 

I think it's easy to use.  It only takes a couple of seconds to buckle up my daughter.  It uses a shoulder stape which I feel is safer for my child.  I believe in the Garco brand for many of my daughters things.  I believe they have my daughters safety in mind when they make their products. It was also a great value.  It was in our price limit. My daughter finds it comfortable and loves the drink holder.  Which helps me to prevent spills in the car.
