I have been using the Aura stroller and carseat for almost a year and a half now, (obviously my son's pretty small :) and I haven't had any trouble with installing or using the carseat.  We have taken it on many trips and installed the base into grandparents and friend's cars.  It has always fit well in a roomy vehicle especially our Ford Taurus (which I never considered roomy) but in my friend's more compact sadan and in an airplane the handle couldn't lock into it's correct position for driving, and the seat seemed wedged in behind the front seat.  In all of the cars the level has shown green and we haven't had to readjust the base.

I've been reading safetly rating online and they recommend returning carseats that don't fit well in your vehicle.

The stroller is convenient to have with the carseat, and it's a pretty average stroller.  It's not good for jogging (the wheels start wigging out and jiggling back and forth even when locked) and it's not a compact little umbrella stroller.  So I have purchased both a jogging stroller and an umbrella stroller for specific needs.  This stroller is good when walking as a family, or traveling with the carseat and is comfy for my son to fall asleep in since it reclines.  I've actually had 3 kids in it at one time.  My son likes to climb in the basket underneath and when the seat is reclined fully, two kids can sit in it easily.  Of course this is not the recommended usage but it's good in a pinch if you're babysitting!  My son likes his little snack tray.  It does get caught while opening it from the folded position which is moderately annoying, but I can still open it even if it is stuck in the up position.
