Evenflo Aura Review

I just have to say that I have always been one to value price over brand name, but Evenflo is the one brand I will GLADLY pay a little more for. My daughter, then 5 months old, husband, and I were in an accident last Christmas in which my husband's truck rolled over onto its top (hit a patch of ice).  My husband and I both suffered a number of cuts and bruises but my daughter didn't have a mark on her.  The seat stayed latched into the base, which stayed right were it was supposed to in the truck, and my daughter never even woke up until she was being removed from the truck! 

I love the fact that her seat snapped into her stroller, which opened and closed with one hand, had the swivel wheels so it turned easier, and is still big enough for her to be in now that she's almost 14 months old.  The stroller has a tray for her with a cup holder and room for a snack, and a tray for me with a cup holder and small compartment for storing things like keys, credit card, etc.  It also has a nice-sized basket underneath for her diaper bag, coats, etc. 

Now that I also have a newborn, I can easily carry him in his infant seat (her old one), and push her in the stroller at the same time.  This is a great product, both in terms of safety and functionality / durability.  I love it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, sturdy travel system.  Oh, and it comes in brown and black, so no worries for those of us who don't want to know what we're having ahead of time!
