Evenflo Aura Car Seat Reviews

I just have to say that I have always been one to value price over brand name, but Evenflo is the one brand I will GLADLY pay a little more for. My daughter, then 5 months old, husband, and I were in an accident last Christmas in which my husband's truck rolled over onto its top (hit a patch of ice).  My husband and I both suffered a number of cuts and bruises but my daughter didn't have a mark on her.  The seat stayed latched into the base, which stayed right were it was supposed to in the truck, and my daughter never even woke up until she was being removed from the truck!  … read full review »

   I was very satisfied with this product. It was easy to use. The price was affordable. My son was very content in the seat. I felt my son was very comfortable in this seat. I was able to buy other products that was of the same theme and not have to break the bank. I could easily get to my son while in the car. Making necessay adjustments to fit my son as he grows was fairly easy. This fit into my cars no problem. I am constantly on the go and getting my son in and out is of vital importance. I bought the Evenflo carseat for my second daughter. With my first daughter I had a Winnie the Pooh Graco carseat wich is a slightly more expensive than the Evenflo carseat. — The Evenflo carseat was about $10 less than that of Graco. The Evenflo carseat made my daughter's head fall forward to an uncomfortable looking position when driving. I purchased the Evenflo Aura travelsystem prior to having my first child.  It has been a great stroller/carseat.  Carseat is very easy and fast to install in my vehicles ( i have an suv and a compact car, fits easily in both).  My daughter is now 5 months old and we use the seat on almost a daily basis.  It has held up to the use and abuse of my husband and I putting it in and out.  I looked at many other travelsystems and being on a budget couldnt afford very much, I definetly feel I got my money's worth from this system and will keep it for my next child. —… read full review »

I received the evenflo travelsystem as a gift. I am happy with the car seat and stroller. This product was available in many different colors and patterns. One drawback is when in the base it sits very upright which for newborns with no head control (even with head supports) can be quite uncomfortable. My little ones head would fall forward and I would have to reach back and push his head back up not very safe when you are driving. I'm a proud new parent and was purchased this great product as an baby shower gift. I did not  know that Evenflo made products other than bottles and pacifiers so i was at first skeptical of trying this carseat out.
