The euro pro convection oven is one of the best countertop small appliance i have ever used. It has the the ability to toast roast and rotisorie meat to the juiceist ever.I have used many other products in the past and none of them have proformed as well as this product. works great. Convection oven do'es provide faster cooking and I love the roteserie. I have cooked in it plenty of times. You just have to get use to the cooking time and where to place the rack so that breads do'nt burn.

The Euro-Pro convection oven & toaster is fabulous. I could not do with out mine. I done everything from broiling shrmp to baking bread in mine and have had great results.
