Euro-Pro convection oven & toaster Review

review for euro-pro rotisserie convection oven.  model TO241R, 1500 watt

bought at walmart april 2009 for $59.

overall, i am very happy that i chose this toaster oven.  the convection works very well for even cooking and speed.  the design is easy to keep clean since you can reach every corner.  the controls are simple and user friendly.  and i have a newfound love for rotisserie cooking since i have now experimented with a pork loin and a chicken.

the only annoying thing i have found, and it is a really very minor annoyance, is the toasting control is too imprecise.  most of the time it doesn't "ding" when finished, and you can't really know if you are going to get pale or over-tanned bagels unless you keep an eye on it.

however, my history with toaster ovens are that they never live very long in my house no matter how cheap and simple or fancy and expensive.  so i will not spend a whole lot on them anymore, and i have found this one to be a very good buy so far.  that is if it survives my family for at least a year.  ;-)
