I saw that a previous reviewer posted a negative review about this product, and I'm stunned because my experience with the Shark Handheld Vacuum is the polar opposite and extremely positive! I'm wondering if the item he/she purchased was defective and that perhaps that led to the poor performance, because I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my Shark! In fact, I've had my Shark for several years, and during that time I've now gone through three regular vacuums while never having to replace the Shark! I actually prefer using it to my regular vacuum because it's lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to get into small nooks and crannies. The suction power is amazing too because I've used it to pick up screws and nails that fell onto the floor. It's also wonderful for sucking up pet fur. Fur can easily clog regular vacuums, even the most high tech and high powered ones. But my Shark has never had an issue with pet fur. And like I've mentioned before, I'm also incredibly impressed with the durability. It has outlasted three other vacuums and is still going strong. I was originally given my Shark as a gift, but should anything happen to it, I will absolutely by another one.

I am very unsatisfied with my Euro-Pro Super Shark EP88 Bagless Handheld Vacuum. It does not squeeze into corners well enough to effectively vacuum them. Also, the suction power is weak. I liked the fact that it's bagless and easy to empty, but it's performance is below par.
