    long cord, tremendous suction, easy to switch from floor to carpet, Cleans carpet well, great for pet hair, great price, easy to use

Eureka Boss - SmartVac — 

I have owned many sweepers from cheap to very expensive and this is the best one I have ever owned.  I'm giving my daughter my very expensive one.  This is great for people who have animals that shed alot like I do.  It picks up everything and even more that has been stuck in your carpet over time.  Don't go buy the really expensive vacuum for pet hair and get this one.  You won't be sorry.
