The Eureka Altima ran great at 1st for us , but as the year went by, the suction went for the stair cleaner(one reason we bought this vacuum). Then the vacuum itself just stopped working as well. It lost its great suction that it had at 1st. I am very disappointed in this product. Eureka has let me down on this one.
