I have a problem with dry skin on my hands that requires me to treat it with lotion fairly regularly. This type of Eucerin has been the best lotion that I have found, as it takes care of the dry skin fairly quickly, and unlike other brands of lotion that I have tried, does not have to be constantly reapplied. Nor has it caused any adverse side effects such as itches or rashes. Scent There was not any real scent to this product other than a vague chemical odor that fades very quickly, which is just fine with me, as I prefer to use unscented products. Absorption It does take a while for it to be fully absorbed into the skin without things being greasy. Effectiveness As I mentioned earlier, I have found this particular lotion by Eucerin to be very effective, much more effective than the competition. To take care of my dry skin, I can spread a reasonable amount of the lotion on the affected areas and rub it in, which usually clears things up, as opposed to other products that I have used, which often require multiple applications in order to take effect. Furthermore, a treatment is effective for a couple days, while other products I have tried often have to be applied a couple times a day. Overall, I would have to say that this is among the most effective skin lotions that I have ever tried.

I saw this product at a pharmacy, and I immediately became interested in it because it seemed like it would help me with my dry skin problem. I went to a different store another day, saw the product, and bought it! I'm so glad I did because my skin was so dried out, and this product healed it within a couple of days. I would usually put it on right after I took a shower for better results. My hands, elbows, and knees are now so soft and smooth thanks to this product! Now I only use it a couple of times a week, and my skin is still so nice and soft! It seals in moisture, it's great for sensitive skin, and it's fragrance free! What more is there to ask for? I recommend it to anyone who has really dry skin. It's definitely worth the price that you pay for. Your dry skin will be healed within a couple of days. It's also recommended by dermatologists, so if you have dry skin, grab some Eucerin! It works like magic!

I bought this lotion after getting a sample and coupon from my pediatrician. She suggested this for use on my daughter's eczema. I found it to be very greasy and runny. I actually thought it made my daughter's eczema worse, but when I asked the pediatrician about it at a follow up appointment, she didn't seem to feel the lotion would be causing the eczema to worsen. I switched to a different brand of lotion and that noticeably improved the eczema, but when I tried the Eucerin again, I had the same results of it not being effective for her. However, I have used it on my own dry hands, and it does seem to moisturize well if you don't mind the greasy feeling. Scent There is nothing remarkable about the scent one way or another. I appreciate that it does not have a strong scent for my children. Absorption It doesn't absorb as easily into the skin as other lotions and gives a greasy feeling. Effectiveness It works fine as a moisturizer for regular dry skin but was not very effective for my daughter's eczema which was the reason I bought it. I was expecting it to be more effective given the price.

Before this lotion was discontinued my brother and i used this on a daily basis. He was recovering from eczema and it kept it at bay. I usually have dry feet but once i started using this i didn't have to worry about that anymore. I love this product and i wish they didn't stop making it.

I first began using Eucerin lotion 15 years ago when my mother was in the hospital. It was the lotion the hospital handed out to patients. I love it. It is very rich and soothing. There are three things I love about this lotion that I haven't found in others. 1. It only takes one application a day to moisturize my dry skin. 2. It doesn't leave a sticky or greasy residue. 3. It is unscented, so there is no lingering, annoying fragrance. Scent This lotion is truly fragrance free. It leaves no trace of a scent. Absorption It absorbs extremely well. For me, one daily application is all it takes to keep my dry skin moisturized, even during the winter. It is unlike other lotions that require multiple applications to relieve my dry skin. Effectiveness It reverses my rough, dry skin quickly and thoroughly. I have rather sensitive skin. Eucerin really helps sooth and protect it. It also gives my skin a more youthful appearance because it moisturizes it so well.

I have eczema and this lotion is a must.  Also like the fact that it has spf in it because I freckle easily.  Keeps skin soft allday and is easily absorbed (with eczema sometimes lotion will just not soak in!!)

This product is great for people with excema!  I had exzema all my life on my arms and face and my dermatologist recommended eucerin to help.  I was skeptical at first becuase its very creamy and i thought i needd a scrub instead, but it makes the exzema bumps vanish! And I've been using it daily ever since.  This product is very creamy and has a great scent, it may feel a little greasy but use a small amoutn and make sure that you rub it in all the way before you ut on clothes or you won't get the full benefits.  I actually have very smooth arms now and my face is following suit!  Cost is a little high but this bottle will last a very very long time because a little goes a log way.  Also you only have to use it once a day or at night and you will start to feel smooth skin the next day, it is a great moisturizer! Try this lotion for a month and you will see what I'm talking about. Its a huge skin improver!!

I was told that Eucerin is the best product you can get without a prescription and decided to try it.  My skin is usually pretty dry throughout the year, regardless of the weather, but will get worse in the winter time.  Plus, I enjoy scalding hot showers, which does not help my skin.  I have tried many other brands and types and was equally as satisfied with them as I was with this product.  Even though it is supposed to be fragrance-free, it still had a light scent that I was not comfortable smelling like all day.  Because of that, I only applied it once a day, at night when I would only be with my husband, so I was not able to get the full effect.  The lotion also was very greasy and oily and made my skin stick to any fabric I came near to.  It did not matter how long I rubbed it in for.... I still felt like it was just SITTING on my skin and not actually making any difference whatsoever.  I would not recommend this product.

I have naturally dry, sensitive and was desperate to find a product that would moisturize my skin without having a reaction. My mother recommended that I try Eucerin lotion because her dermatologist recommended it to her and she loved it. I went to a local grocery store and picked up a bottle of Eucerin's Daily Replenishing Lotion, it seemed to be one of the more pricey brands, but I was willing to spend more money if it was a quality product. I was so amazed at how quickly the lotion absorbed into my skin. The lotion moisturized my skin so well, without leaving a greasy or sticky feeling. I have been using this product for months, and I no longer would consider my skin dry and have NOT had a single reaction. Eucerin is definitely well worth the price and I would highly recommend it to everyone, regardless of skin type.

I am a vet tech and concentally washing my hands. Scrubbing for surgeries, between patients, waiting on the patient, and between cleaning each cage, it never stops. I was my hands so much, that I started to develop cracks all over my hands. I would try many different lotions to help moisting my hands back to health. Some lotions would last longer than others, but eventally would be completelty washed off in no time. One day it downed on me, when I was in school practicing to become a veternarian technician, I remembered that one of my instructors warned us on how dry our hands will get from the excessive hand washing. She mentained that Eucerin was "the best" product to buy to avoid dry, brittle, cracked hands. I went to the store and gave it a whirl. I immedically felt the differences on one application. I was also amazed on how it stray on your hands for a reasonable time with all the hand washing I go though. I have to admitt, being interduced to Euercin from my instructor, was one of the best advise she gave me.
