Esurance was very easy to use.  Their website was easy to navigate and didn't take a long time to set up a policy.  Their prices were competitive though seemed to be a bit higher then companies, like Safe Auto, that advertise to low income families.  The set up was painless and my policy was complete in under 20 minutes.  For someone like me, who doesn't use credit cards, paying esurance was more difficult then using a local company.  In the past I've been able to just drop off a payment along with my other errands and this took a bit more work to make payments on time.  The few instances...

I had two cars insured with esuance:

A Grand Marquis driven by a middle aged female, college graduate with a good driving record.

A Mustang driven by an 18 Year Old New Driver who had one minor accident.

I cancelled the insurance on the 18 year old driver with the accident claim.

AND ESURANCE RAISED, (YES RAISED!) MY 6 MONTH PREMIUM FROM LESS THAN $500 FOR 6 MONTHS TO OVER $1500 FOR 6 MONTHS!

I appealed this decision 5 times! It was difficult (nigh, impossible) to talk to a "real" person at esurance. When I did talk to a real person I was told:

I've been using esurance for my car insurance for almost a year now.  The price is comprable to other companies and the ease of handling my policy is unmatched.  I recently purchased a new vehicle to replace one I junked.  One click removed the old car!  Adding the other was a simple process of answering a few questions and choosing the amount of coverage I wanted.  The site also had clips of the upcoming Speed Racer movie that I enjoyed!

 All in all, esurance is by far the simplest and most user-friendly company I've found to date.

I purchased Esurance actually at the car lot from which I purchased my vehicle. They were extremely professional over the phone and the internet process was so simple. I also recieved an honest accurate quote, despite my long list of traffic violations. I recieved a lower quote by more than $113 as compared to other companies (if they approved me). They use the customer's bank account and payment automatically comes out! So simple! YES!!! I have had Esurance for almost 3 years.  I had an accident almost 6 months after I started my policy and they paid me the TRUE MARKET VALUE OF THE CAR.  I had Nothing out of pocket. My car was totalled it was MY FAULT and I Ran a Stop Sign.  THe other persons had Property Damage and Medical Payments, and IT WAS SO SIMPLE it was like nothing ever happened.  My loan was paid off and I was off to buy another vehicle.
