Esurance Review

I purchased Esurance actually at the car lot from which I purchased my vehicle. They were extremely professional over the phone and the internet process was so simple. I also recieved an honest accurate quote, despite my long list of traffic violations. I recieved a lower quote by more than $113 as compared to other companies (if they approved me). They use the customer's bank account and payment automatically comes out! So simple! When my insurance was do they used convenient, fast, and effective communication methods to assure that I would not have a lapse in coverage. I did have a few late or missed payments and each time I recieved an email or personal phone call as a reminder. If I was having financial issues they actually worked with me so that whatever payment I could afford towards the policy was accepted. I did have a lapse for a brief period due to my negligence and they waived the (usually demanded) deposit to re start my coverage. Now I don't expect such special treatment especially when the cancellation is due to my own lack of attention to details, but it was very nice and fortunate that they were so willing to work with my situation and they expressed concern. I often called CS to get clarity and each time was a positive and effective experience. The representatives were professional and knowledgeable about Esurance and its policies. I had one minor claim which was settled almost immediately. My rates did not change except when my state (Florida) enforced an insurance law.  

When I became engaged, my partner and I merged as many accounts as possible to save money. He was only 2 months into a 6 month policy and mine was set to end in only weeks so it was only convenient for us and our business that I go under his commercial insurance. If in the future I have to recieve auto insurance independently I will definately be returning to Esurance.
