Esurance should have better customer service

Esurance — 

Esurance can do a lot to better serve thier customers, if you ask me. I signed up with them about 2 years ago and stayed with them up until about last year, so I stayed with them for two policies which equals one year. At first all was well with them. I did have one claim with them when my girlfriend hit a deer. They where great with it no problems, it went off without a hitch. Nothing happened after that claim wise. It was not until the renewal process that we ran into the problem. We had our payment date late into the month and wanted to change it to the beginning of the month because of payment problems. We figured it would be no problem to change it when we renewed with them. We where wrong. It was a big deal to them and we had problem after problem because the would not help us out and fix the date. They did not seem to care however so we had to eventually leave them because it just was not convient to stay with them. We eventually found a great car insurance company and are very happy now. Other than that one problem Esurance is not a horrible company. Since then I heard they may have finally fixed this problem, I am not sure though.
