I have been taking Ester C since a co-worker recommended it 4 years ago. I work at an elementary school and I am exposed to a lot of germs. Since taking Ester C, I do not get sick as much as I did before. Ester C does not upset my stomach like some vitamins do.

If you are prone to catching colds than this is the product for you. Since adding Ester C to my supplement regime to replace regular vitamin C. I was attracted to the claims on the bottle "Ester C is a unique, exclusive form of Vitamin C designed to stay in your white blood cells for 24 hours providing you with around the clock immune system support". I will say since taking Ester C I have not been sick. I like the idea that it stays with me longer, working instead of just passing through to the urine quickly. I also have found that the claims of Non Acidity and Stomach Friendly are true also. I have not experience any stomach discomfort or indigestion as I would from a high dose of vitamin C or from drinking a citrus product of any kind. I also like that there is a long list of what it does NOT have in it. No artificial color, flavor or sweetener, No preservatives, sugar, milk lactose, soy, gluten, wheat, yeast, fish or sodium. A supplement that is not full of garbage or fillers is very refreshing. I would suggest taking this product year round as your immune booster.

Ester-C is a unique vitamin C product among the many out there. Nature's Bounty makes a Vitamin C tablet that is especially designed to be bio-available (more easily assimilated into the body and therefore more useful for it). It is also the only Vitamin C product I have come across that is coated, making it much easier to swallow than other tablets. Vitamin C is probably the vitamin I take most, especially in the winter and when I am sick. I was introduced to this vitamin product only very recently and I feel that I does work more quickly than the Nature Made Vitamin C tablets that I usually take. It does seem to be easier for my body to absorb because it does seem to work faster. The 500 mg size is also nice because, while I often would take 1000 mg every couple of hours when I got sick before having a baby, I now like to take only 500 mg at a time because of breastfeeding as Vitamin C can be harsh. This allows me to control the amount I get better than a 1000 mg tablet. I really love that these tablets are coated. They are the only ones I know of that have that property and, consequently, they are the only ones that never get stuck going down, and on which I have never choked. Thumbs up, Ester-C!

I love Nature's Bounty Ester C vitamins. Vitamin C is one of the best supplements/vitamins you can take. It is so easy to just remember to take a pill a day and it helps for many things including colds, boosting immune system, hair, skin, nails, etc. I am big on taking vitamins and often have a variety including Vitamin C, Magnesium, Folic Acid, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, and Calcium. I believe taking these along with a healthy diet, water, and exercise really helps to keep you healthy and strong. It also helps your body be more prepared for aging and the future complications that come with age. You really can't go wrong here taking a little extra vitamins to add to healthy eating habits, and if you don't have a healthy diet, all the more reason to take it. I have noticed that these do not bother your stomach whether you take them on a full or empty stomach. So they are nice to carry around and take them whenever you get a chance during the day or first thing in the morning.
