Estee Lauder Projectionist Mascara Review

I received my Estee Lauder Projectionist High Definition Volume Mascara, for free, when I purchased my Estee perfume.

Estee's Lauder's Projectionist Mascara comes in the very dark navy colored tube, with the gold colored top, the logo and writing in gold and navy.

When opening the mascara, the brush is shaped with a point at the end.  It looked rich and full of mascara.

Using the mascara.

I opened both eyes and applied the mascara to both upper and lower lashes.  The color I am using is black.  I allowed them to dry and checked them out.  I was disappointed with the volume, and they certainly didn't have the 'wow' factor, I was expecting. I applied a second coat and did see a little more length and fullness.

I am pleased to say that they didn't flake or clump, and I had no smudging.

Removing the mascara.

I used one of my cleansers and got the majority of the mascara off my lashes.  However, it did leave some smudges around and under the eyes.  I then had to use more cleanser to remove the rest.

Final thoughts.

I am delighted that I didn't purchase a full-size Estee Lauder Projectionist High Definition Volume Mascara for around $20.  I will continue to use my free sample size one, but will go back to my favorite Lancome mascara.
