We had this dishwasher already in our home when we moved in many years ago. It was new along with all the other kitchen appliances. IT is not the most fancy or high tech dishwasher, but it does get the job done. It gets the dishes clean. But you cannot put a really dirty backed on dishes in here and expect them to get totally clean. Like I said, you can get a high tech dishwasher for that kind of thing. We have had this for over 7 years now and it is still going. So for a decent price you will have a dishwasher that gets the job done well. Just rinse the dishes and throw them in and start it! Never had a problem with it in all the years that I owned it, hoping to get a few more years out of it!
