Especially for Baby brand diapers are very stiff! I bought some on sale before my son was born thinking that all diapers are created equal. I was very wrong. We ended up throwing these away and using Pampers before we'd finished the box. They leaked very quicky, and did not appear to be comfortable at all!

I used to buy Huggies brand for my son till I saw this at the store at a much cheaper price. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to switch my son's brand but for the price it was worth a try. I was amazed at how well these diapers worked and at a much cheaper price. I have now switched to this brand for both my boys and am very happy with it.

Ever since trying Especiallly for Baby Diapers, I must say that I LOVE them. They are extremely cheap (the price can't be beat when they are on sale). My kids never have leaks and there are times when I have gone 8 hours without changing them. They might be a tad stiffer initially than Huggies/Pampers, but once the kids wear them, they soften up and you can't tell the difference. I would say the only size I wouldn't buy are the newborn (only available in Supreme and are extremely rough and stiff- especially for a newborn).

So when pregnant with my daughter I bought several brands and sizes of diapers. ANd I will never use these again. I had to change an outfit every diaper change. I am not a believe that you get what you pay for when it comes to diapers. These leaked so easily, it drove me crazy I tried them through the whole box and I chnaged alot of diapers, it was not because they were over saturated which can happen when you dont change diapers enough. It seemed to leak through the legs I dont know if the elastic was not shielding enoughh or what exactly the problem. These definitely did not save any money also seemed to give my daughter terrible diaper rash. I don't know if it didnt protect from wetness very well. Also had issues this staying tight on. After I went through therse once I would never go back I had to do so much extra laundry also leaked poop everything you name and I had two different sizes so it was not that they were too big or too small just did not work with us. They did not have much contouring and seemed too thin as well.

Ok, bottom line is the diaper does its job, for the most part, As with any diaper it is subjuct to leak, however that's not really my issue with this diaper. It is so bulky and stiff that you cant really tell by feeling it if it is wet or not. Its also left those lines on my baby's skin that signifies to me that it's not really a flexible or comfortable fit for my daughter. I would ONLY buy these diapers if the price knocked the rest out of the ballpark.

I got a pack of especially for baby brand diapers at my baby shower, as an epectant mom I thought I'd never use the generic brand diapers, boy how wrong I was. I received the newborn size and I thought how bad could they be? I started using them and quickly found that I like the fit for my son better than I did the pampers. I used the whole pack I decided very quickly that I would be purchashing more of them. For the first 8 months my son never wore anything but the especially for baby brand diapers at daycare. We never had a leak. Of course we still had our occasionally "blow-out" but that is to be expected regardless of brand. Once a baby at daycare ran out of diapers and borrowed one of my son's Especially for Baby diapers and the Mom went out of the way to ask me what diapers they were because she liked them and was surprised that they worked so well for a generic diaper. My one word of caution, they run a bit small.

Nobody wants a leaky diaper... I know I don't! That is why I was a bit worried about trying a product that wan't name brand, but the Babies/Toys R Us brand diapers "Especially for Baby" are great! They are just as good as name brand diapers and usually cost much less!
