Erie Insurance —
I've had Erie Insurance for about three years now. The reason I first switched to Erie is because my parents dealt with the same company for twenty years. I guess every insurance company might appear to be the same until you have to file a claim. I was involved in a bad accident in October of 2005. I totaled my car, but luckily my two children and I were not hurt. As a precaution, the ambulance took the kids to the ER to be checked out. I ended up going to the ER a few days later to be checked because of arm and knee pain from the accident. The medical bills totaled over $5,000.00. I submitted the bills to Erie and they were almost immediately paid. I had a rental car the same day as my accident. Every Erie representative that I dealt with during that difficult time was nothing short of wonderful. Thats where the difference is. I will be an Erie customer for life.
