Erie Insurance Ripped Me Off

Pros

    They can speak English

Cons
    bad faith/do not honor their obligation, Customers end up paying out of pocket!!

Erie Insurance — 

Erie Insurance claimed their driver "responsible" for totaling my car. They refused to give me a fair settlement. My lawyer is now issuing a civil suit against the driver to cover the rest of the damages. Don't use Erie Insurance!!!!!!!!!!
