the insurance is both personal and for my business.  They have been extremely competitive and I have changed every policy I have over in the last year.  The policies are written by a broker that is very competent and professional.  They ensure that the policies they write are legitimate and suggest policy changes to keep you from being underinsured.

Paying the invoices on-line is also a big bonus.  There is no charge for this service and it posts to your account the same day.  This helps on the cash flow side as I can pay the day it is due.
