Ergo Baby Carrier — 

Great carrier!  This carrier works well for both my husband and myself.  I prefer the front carry postion, my husband prefers the back.  As a well endowed woman, this carrier works much better than the other smaller carriers because this one covers my whole front side and doesn't leave me feeling so exposed.  This carrier is very comfortable for both baby and baby-wearer for extended periods of time.
