Equate (Walmart) Ultra Weight Loss Shake - Creamy Milk Chocolate Reviews

Okay, before you jump to conclusions let me put a disclaimer out there for myself and this product.  I don't use this drink predominately as a weigh loss drink as many would use these and Slim Fast.  I am a frequent meal-skipper and I have severe electrolyte deficiencies.  I drink this so that I can get some the necessary vitamins and minerals I need without a lot of added calories that Boost or Ensure might give.

There many diets out there .There are meals you can eat And different energy weight  loss snacks There are weight loss product's For every meal of the day and for desert and snacks .One of my favorite diet is drinking Weight loss drinks.I have stride at least five shakes brands.There are name brand  like Slim Fast.Every grocery's store Cary's Weight loss shakes.My girl friend brang buy all-the brands in the supper market .They cost allot. so we started trying to find the cheapest brands .We-bought sale items and tried to find...

I have drank the chocolate Slim fast drinks for and then when Walmart started carrying these I decided to try them. They are really good. They taste just as good as the name brand ones and are alot cheaper. I always buy this brand verses the name brand now. It is a very thick, creamy drink. It has lots of flavor and is very filling. I can drink one of these shakes and not be hungry for several hours. I always have them in the cabinet, or fridge, and at school just in case I get hungry or have a chocolate craving. It is great for taking care of all kinds of needs. Hunger and chocolate cravings....

I do not use this product for weight loss, but for a vitamin/nutrient supplement.

Often I do not have tim for lunch, so I grab a can to go.  It's creamy, smooth and filling. And it tastes great!
