Better to be safe than skrry

I have been using this for years to prevent breakouts and spot treat zits. I use this after i wash my face and before moisturizing. Reason being is that it dries on white. It's economical and it works. One of my Favorite products💋

Good for Low Problems

These are a cheap product, but that means that they are also cheaply made. For someone who does not have terrible acne, then this product can be effective and provide relief. But for someone who is prone to getting bad acne, then he probably needs something more effective, even if it costs more money. Effectiveness This product is effective for someone with lighter acne, but probably not as good for someone who has a worse case of acne. Ease of Application This cream is as easy to apply to the skin as any other competitive product. Convenience The small tube is pretty easy to squeeze out, so it is convenient in that sense. Since it is small, it is also very portable and easy to carry. Even if someone is traveling, this is still a convenient product to take and use while on the go. Side Effects Personally, I have not experienced any bad side effects caused by this product. Immediacy Even when effective, this product seems to take some time to kick in and provide some help.

Great Product to Use When Needed!

I have used Equate Acne Cream on and off for the past several years.  I used to get very bad acne, and this was always a help when I needed a fast-acting solution!  The cream does seem to do well on smaller, close to the surface pimples, but only dries out the skin on those that are deeper . . . though I guess those are always harder to work with!  This little bottle has been a help on more than one occasion.  I often would put it on at night and it would be cleared up in the morning.  If it was a real bad case, I would reapply it a few times throughout the day and it was easily cleared by the end of the day.  After using this cream I also started using the Equate Cleansing Pads which have done wonders for my face so I hardly ever need to rely on this cream anymore.  But if any surprising zits do appear, this is the first place I turn.  As some others mentioned, it does bleach, so wash your hands (and face!) when you're done with it, but not much to complain about considering the inexpensive price and the outcome it gives.  I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with acne.

Equate Acne Cream Works for Spot or All Over Treatment

Even at thirty something years old, I still get zits now and then.  Fortunately, they tend to be few and far between, but if I'm stressed out, the zits come out.  I keep a tube of Equate Acne Cream handy for those times.  I put it on the blemish, and within two days, it is completely gone.  No scars, no signs of pimples whatsoever.  I recently bought some for my son, who is suffering from severe acne.  We had tried the expensive brands, all the kits we saw on tv, and nothing helped.  He has had success with Equate Acne Cream.  It works great, even on his acne prone skin, as long as he uses it regularly.  If he goes a few days without using the cream, his face shows it, but as long as he stays on it, Equate Acne Cream has worked much better than the more expensive products.

Cheaper works just as good as Oxy 10

Although I am almost 54 years old I still have oil skin that is prone to acne breakouts an need something to us under my Cover Girl Powder Foundationas a base coat since i don't wear regular foundation. I like the fact that the equate vanishes and works just as good as the more expensive brands such as Oxy 10. I buy alot of equate products since they do cost less and as a rule work just as well. It is also convienent to pick up in bulk when we are shopping at walmart for other things. The tube works out well also as it is convienent to squeeze right down to the last little bit and it also dosn't dry out!

I use Equate acne cream often, and I'd recommend it to others.

I use Equate acne cream for spot treatment when I start to break out. It dries out pimples pretty well, and while I have pretty dry skin, it doesn't seem to cause flaking or overly-dry skin. It's the same ingredients as clearsil but at about a third of the price, which I appreciate because I always try to save money (I'm a student). Sometimes it doesn't seem to do much on pimples that are farther underneath my skin (the ones that hurt), but they seem to be bigger and probably harder to manage anyway. At times, when I feel like a pimple may come up, I put the Equate acne cream on, and it seems to keep the pimple smaller and less noticeable. I'd definitely recommend it to others. One downside (which is probably true of other acne treatments as well) is that it does cause discoloration of fabrics. I've ruined a couple of towels and shirts because I didn't clean my hands off with enough soap after using it, and it seemed to bleach the items, so beware!
