Equate Night Time Sleep Aid Review

I started using the Equate nite time sleep aid tablets after my second daughter was born because i had a very weird sleep schedule. it took me forever to fall asleep by myself. But once i took the tablets, I was able to fall asleep fast and actually feel rested when i woke up. The only downside to the pills is that I feel they can be habit forming and also it is very hard to wake up in the morning after i've taken them. I have been taking them on and off for the past few weeks, and it feels like i cant sleep without them.
