Equate Dietary Lactose Supplement Review

This is the exact same product as Lactaid. Its in pill form and works wonderfully. I take it with the first bite of any dairy and I do not get gassy or any other ill effects I would normally see as a person with IBS. I also found other store brands are great. CVS has a good product too. They are nearly 1/2 the price of name brand products.
