I used to install Epson printers in restaurant kitchens and you couldn't do anything to destroy one of them short of fire. The held up to heat, flour dust, dropping, abuse including chef tirades. So I bought this expecting a great product, its good but not Epson good. Performance it prints Copy Quality it needs maintenance, which is an option on one of the many keys Ink/Paper Use ink goes a long way. paper usual Ease of Use I use it WI-Fi and it works well most of the time. The scanning is another issue. If you need to scan buy something else Durability Its done well for the last year and 1/2 Design looks complicated but it isn't

I have had this printer for almost 3 years not. Works great and can do all things. From printing to fax to scanning and more. THe ink seems to last longer as well it in and I like being able to see what is going on on the little screen that is listed on the front of it. Performance WOrks great and does all things in a great fashion. It gets the job done Copy Quality As long as you keep the ink up to date you are always able to print. Ink/Paper Use The ink last lost longer than any other printer that I have ever used. It seems to spread the color in great way on the paper that I am printing from. Great quality. Ease of Use Easy to use and follow instructions. I love the little screen that is on teh front of it as it shows what you are doing and what all is going on with in what you are printing. Durability It has with stood my kids using it and lasting me well over 3 years Design Great quality and use of it.

I bought the Epson Workforce 610 All-In-One InkJet Printer as a second printer for my home office. I was a little skeptical because I had never used an Epson All-In-One. It was very easy to install on my laptop, although it took a little to long to so do so. I'm not to thrilled with how the paper is feed to the scanner for copying or faxing, it tends to feed 2 sheets at the time making it very difficult if it's a document with multiple pages. My daughter has had a hard time scanning with it so I would not say it is the best product but I wouldn't say it's the worst. I do like the quality of the print. However the screen has too many options as to the functions are related. I hate to be asked 3 times if I'm sure I want to close the program.

This is the first scanner / copier / printer combination device. In the past I had gone with the straight printer and did not bother with the other parts. I was very surprised to see the quality and ease of use with the scanner was at or better than my current scanner. Setting up the device on my wireless network was real easy to do with the instructions. It did not take me long to set that up and then have my laptop access the printer. This is a great feature since my desktop is used by my wife and I do not have to wait to print something. LIke most other printers I have seen and had, there is an area for a memory card slot. I do not use it much since it is just as easy to hook up the camera to the pc and print. The fax machine is the only thing I have not used so far. The scanner is good and made a nice scan of some pictures that we had printed at the local developer. I was not looking for anything major from it so in that respect it met my needs. The copier function is good too, though if you have a lot of copies to make it might be easier to scan in the item and then print multiple copies. Overall I love the printer and the ink has lasted me a good amoutn of time. I know it can be a bit expensive but it seems all ink is.

My old printer was worn out so my husband surprised me with a new printer the Epson Workforse 610. I do a lot of pictures, newsletters, etc. The quality of print is terrible and not acceptable to use on a business level.   Pictures are funny colors and not true to life.  The machine jams constantly.  It has been worked on twice in the last 6 months. The company service is horrible.  I offered to pay the difference and upgrade to a printer that would do what I needed and was told, "Sorry,  it has to break down more to be considered a lemon.  The printer will barely print standard paper much less paper of a different size or weight. Forget pictures, graphics. The printing is certainly not of a quality that I would consider acceptable on a professional or business level.  The ink cartridges are difficult to replace and the paper jams are a nightmare to eliminate. The only thing this printer has going for it.  The price is cheap. It keeps dropping in price which I can understand why, and the fax works okay.No way would I recommend this product to anyone.  This is the worst gift I ever received.

Bought this printer recently.  Replaced a monochrome laser printer samsung. Pros: FAST FAST.  almost as fast as my old laser printer.  WIFI!!! don't have to hook this printer up with a usb anymore.  It connects to your wireless router.  It is so easy to set up.  All you do is choose the wifi ssid and enter the password.  Now install the printer software.  You're set.  Just press print anywhere and it will come out instantly.  I was amazed at how easy it is to set up.  There is a scanner, copier and faxer.  The scanning is easy also.  Copier is easy too.  This covers all your basic needs if you run an office. Cons: Injet so the paper will be wet.  No double sided printing.  Sleek form, compact but a little bigger than my old mono printer.  Not sure how expensive the ink refills will be.  I just got the printer recently.  Noisy but I don't mind. Summary:  Get this printer if you need one.  WIFI makes it sooooo easy.  esp since every has laptops now.

This does everything that I wanted it to do. I wanted good quality printing that's dependable. I am not sure why, but it seems that printers malfunction a lot. I am talking specifically in regards to HP printers, which I have had horrible experiences with. Because of those bad experiences I moved to Epson and have really enjoyed this 610 all ine one injket printer. The benefit of an all in one is that it does a lot more than just print, which is excellent. Scanning and copying for example are added usefulness to your productivity at home. The Epson has been faithfully printing things without a hitch and I expect it to continue; there is no reason or indications of it failing. I am long done with HP printers and am now using Canon and Epson.

I picked up this printer from the epson store during a refurbished sale they had going on last year. It has been in operation for about 6 months now and I have had no issues whatsoever with it. I will say that the ink cartridges that came with the printer did not last that long. The ones I bought from staples have been in there twice as long so far and are still going strong. I love the sleep feature on this printer as it will shut itself off when not in use but wake up when I send documents to it. In my house we have both PC's and mac's and I do have to say that the pc's have given me a little trouble, but not with the mac's. Every once in awhile the pc will disconnect from the printer and I have to delete and reinstall from windows 7, not a huge deal breaker but still an inconvience. Overall a great printer if you can get it a good price.

I recently purchased this epson workforce 610 for school because one of my roomate is currently using it and i take his words that it is very good and the ink last for a long time. I bought it from office depot for a good price when they had the promotions for this particular one. The printer is very good and light. Easy for use and easy to install. I really like the face that it is wireless and i dont have to plug in any wires in order to print. Been using it and the link level is still high. Also, the printing is very good qualiy, fast, and i have not had any problems with it. The copy function is also very good and I use this alot also. the only thing that i have not try yet is the fax function. but overall, it is one of those printer that i would recommend and purchase another one in the future

I've used the Epson Workforce 610 All-In-One printer for a few months, and I am fairly impressed. I needed to free up some desk-space and wanted to consolidate my 5-year old copier/printer/scanner and my fax machine into one unit. Also, I wanted to make it easier to print from my laptop, so wireless was an important feature I was looking for. When a good deal for this unit came along, I made the purchase, and so far I have been quite happy with it. The Good: Easy to setup- I had it up and running in about 15minutes, and that included setting up the wireless in my WPA2-encrypted network. The printer came with a good amount of ink, which was a pleasant surprise. The LCD is bright and easy to read, and the instructions were well-done and easy to follow. I really like that it has an ADF, and I am able to scan directly to any of the computers I have connected (USB OR wireless, I can scan to all of them) The Bad: I have a little trouble faxing, they seem to not go through about 50% of the time. I believe that might because of my phone service (Vonage) although my old machine had much less frequent faxing errors (about 20% of the time). OF course Ink usage and cost is an issue, but that seems to be the norm across the industry. Bottom line: Has good features for the price. If you're looking for a 4-in-1 machine with wireless print and scanning functionality, the Epson Workforce 610 is a good choice.
