The Epson WorkForce 500 is an all-in-one Printer, Fax, Scanner and photo printer.  This device will definately satisfy your professional and personal use.  I work from home a great deal, and now, with the use of the Epson WorkForce 500, I have more tools at my disposal than I have while in the office.  The direct connection and ease of use of the flatbed scanner, copier and printer, has proven to be priceless for me.

And, as an avid scrapbooker on my personal time, I find the convenience of popping in one of my storage devices directly into the printer just a fantastic capability.  What's...

The Epson Workforce 500 is a basic but complete office companion. It can be used as a scanner, fax, copier, printer and memory card reader/printer. It has Epson image standards, which are pretty good, both for the scanner and printer. Its main advantage is the price. As far as the printer is concerned it only features 4 ink colors and the ink cartridges (at least the ones included which are not high capacity) last very little (I have used up 25% in just a month of school printing, which means about 30 pages b&w and 2 letter sized photos. However, the replacement cartridges are cheaper than most...

I purchased this printer after my last printer died.  The Workforce 500 was easy to set up and even easier to use.  I did not have to read a big book in order to get started.  The step by step programs walk you through each program.  I use to hate to fax because it was to difficult and I never knew if my faxes were being recieved on the other end, but with the Workforce 500 it gives you a report that it was sent successfully.  The scanner on the Workforce 500 is also one of the things I use alot.  It scanned my pictures and other documents in clearly and made it easy to edit what I needed. ...

My first printer was a dot matrics Ebson that kept working even with some of the pieces missing.  It proved to me that Ebson knows what they are doing. The WorkForce 500 is a great printer from a wonderful company.  The system they have with of each colors having its own tank is great.  You only have to replace the color that is out.

With the WorkForce 500 and it being an all-in-one printer, you save space on your desk. You don't need a fax machine or a scanner.  They are built into the WorkForce 500.  There is also a copier and you can print photos right from the memory card from your camera. ...

I saw a promotion on OfficeMax.com for the workforce 500 and researched it. I looked at customer reviews on several sites, stats, prices, etc. I was impressed. Some people complained about silly things like it being too loud or too big. That didn't worry me to much and  I am glad I went with my gut. this is one of the best printers I have ever owned. I have had it for two months now, and so far I have zero complaints.

Every other all in one that I have used ends up jamming the paper every few prints. In one form or another there was always some paper issue. Not with this one. I haven't had it...

I've owned two Epsons. Gave them a fair chance but they continue to make printers that purposely suck up ink quickly . One color runs out, or even down for that matter, you can't print even if the setting is black mode only. It forces you to run out and buy their ridicously over priced cartridges. I'm thru with Epson becuase of that. Stop ripping the consumer off Epson otherwise you will be going out of business very quickly.

The Workforce 500 is a great budget friendly printer.  I got this printer when it was not on sale and has been the best thing that i have ever bought.  We have had no issues with it at all and eveything is very easy to work.  It does the faxes perfect and prints pictures very nicely.  If you are looking for a budget friendly All-in-One Printer this would be the one that i would recommend.
