Epson Stylus Photo RX580 InkJet Printer Review

I had problems with this printer from the start. First thing out of the box this printer would not recognize the ink cartridge. ( Common problem, I found many others with the same problem online). The Epson support is horrible, and they do NOT have a toll free number to call. The overall print quailty is okay. I wasn't crazy about the picture quality printing. If one color is out, you cannot print ANYTHING until the cartridge is changed. This printer eats ink, and cost was extremely high considering the amount of ink cartridges. I also hated the way this printer scanned documents. The reverse side always showed through on copies. One more thing, everytime I tried to print out something in black and white, it never looked black, only gray.
