I use this printer to make copies, print postage, labels, and copy photos. Saves me time and money on gas since I no longer have to run as many errands. Although there are several cartridges to replace, I have found a website where remanufactured black cartridges are available for $15.00 for a set of 3. Color remanufactured cartridges are a little higher, but still affordable.
