Epson Stylus CX4400 All-In-One InkJet Printer Review

I received this with the purchase of my new computer. I should have known that free was not quality when it came to an electronic item. I have never owned a nice printer but I have seen a lot of much quicker and higher quality print outs. This printer seems to eat ink and is SO SLOOOOOOW! I really have wanted to throw it out the window. When I change the ink cartridge I have to run a head cleaning twice before it is printing without lines in text. Head cleanings use ink so there goes even more ink. I have to say the scanner is good. Whenever I have to scan something it has been good quality. I would never buy this printer. The reason I say unreliable is because I don't know when it will print something poorly. The ink level will say that it is full but half of the page will be missing portions of text or whole lines of a picture will be missing. I have to print documents that are legible. I do not think that is too much to ask.
